Move-In and Move-Out Inspections are Thorough and Well-Documented

Before your tenants move into the home, we conduct a thorough move-in inspection. We look for any maintenance items that may need our attention and we make sure it’s clean and ready to be occupied.

We take pictures of everything and our detailed notes are loaded into our inspection software. Every minor thing is documented; from ceilings to closets. We want to make sure we know exactly how your home looked when your tenants took possession.

After your new residents have moved in, we give them an opportunity to note any imperfections or concerns on the inspection report. Then, all parties sign it – giving us a thorough, transparent, and well-documented reflection of your property’s condition.

At the end of the lease term, we offer your tenants a pre-move out inspection and we let them know what kind of work needs to be done in order to restore the property to its move-in condition. We know the difference between tenant damage and wear and tear, and our security deposit accounting reflects that.

We make establishing good relationships with tenants a priority. This allows us to easily and thoroughly maintain your investment and protect its condition. You won’t have to worry about excessive damage or deferred maintenance. You can always keep up with how the home looks by logging onto your owner portal and reviewing inspection reports.

With their experience in the industry, you can rest assured they cover all the details from setting up a lease to filling out the necessary reports to your city.
