The Parks Properties team is incredibly helpful to set up and run your rental property if you are new to the business. ... With their experience in the industry, you can rest assured they cover all the details from setting up a lease to filling out the necessary reports to your city. They respond quickly to tenant requests and keep them happy. They perform semi-annual rental unit inspections and send you a copy of the report to protect your building from falling into disrepair. Honestly speaking, Parks Properties is the only management company I have ever dealt with, so I have nobody to compare, but I have always had peace of mind in knowing the tenants will be satisfied with their rental arrangement and keep paying their rent.read more
