With their experience in the industry, you can rest assured they cover all the details from setting up a lease to filling out the necessary reports to your city. They respond quickly to tenant requests and keep them happy. They perform semi-annual rental unit inspections and send you a copy of the report to protect your building from falling into disrepair. Honestly speaking, Parks Properties is the only management company I have ever dealt with, so I have nobody to compare, but I have always had peace of mind in knowing the tenants will be satisfied with their rental arrangement and keep paying their rent.

I do not worry about anything. With Property Meld, I am alerted to any maintenance ahead of time and can prepare for it.
