Tenants have an opportunity to add to the inspection report after they move in. Then, they sign it and we sign it creating a thorough, transparent, and well-documented reflection of your property’s condition.

At the end of the lease term, we offer your tenants a pre-move out inspection, as required by California law. This is an opportunity for us to let them know what kind of work needs to be done in order to restore the property to its move-in condition. We know the difference between tenant damage and wear and tear, and our security deposit accounting reflects that.
