Potential applicants receive a copy of our written rental criteria, which will save us and the prospective tenant a lot of time. It also ensures transparency and accountability on our end.

We require a completed and signed application from every applicant 18 years of age or older. Supporting documentation such as ID will also be collected. Each application is screened consistently and fairly.

Applicants who do not meet our income standards, rental history requirements, or credit qualifications will be denied. We provide our reasons and our decision in writing, in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
