The Parks Properties team is incredibly helpful to set up and run your rental property if you are new to the business. With their experience in the industry, you can rest assured they cover all the details from setting up a lease to filling out the necessary reports to your city. They respond quickly to tenant requests and keep them happy. They perform semi-annual rental unit inspections and send you a copy of the report to protect your building from falling into disrepair. Honestly speaking, Parks Properties is the only management company I have ever dealt with, so I have nobody to compare, but I have always had peace of mind in knowing the tenants will be satisfied with their rental arrangement and keep paying their rent.

I love Parks Properties, they strive to keep both tenants and owners happy. I feel their attention to detail is outstanding. They take care of our rental property as if it were their own home. I do not worry about anything. With Property Meld, I am alerted to any maintenance ahead of time and can prepare for it. They have detailed monthly statements which help greatly with for knowing what has been taken care of and for tax purposes. Thanks Scott and Gabe for the outstanding service.
