The move-out inspection is equally important. After a tenant has vacated, we go through the home again, looking for any potential damage and making notes of work that will need to be done while we get the property ready for new tenants. 

Getting inside your property at least once during the tenancy is important. It’s our opportunity to look for deferred or unreported maintenance and to check on the condition of your home. 

So, we let tenants know we’ll be changing air conditioning filters, checking smoke detectors and carbon monoxide batteries, and looking for anything that needs our attention. This is agreed to in the lease agreement, and we always provide plenty of notice.

Once the inspection is complete, we report back to you that your property is in excellent shape and your residents are following the terms of the lease agreement.

Scott offered five star plus customer service from start to finish. This was my first time renting out my place and I didn't realize how complex the rental market has become. Luckily Scott provided me with step by step support and made the leading process so much more manageable. My property has been rented out to the same tenant for the past three years with no issues . The Parks Properties team is incredibly helpful to set up and run your rental property if you are new to the business. With their experience in the industry, you can rest assured they cover all the details from setting up a lease to filling out the necessary reports to your city. They respond quickly to tenant requests and keep them happy. They perform semi-annual rental unit inspections and send you a copy of the report to protect your building from falling into disrepair. Honestly speaking, Parks Properties is the only management company I have ever dealt with, so I have nobody to compare, but I have always had peace of mind in knowing the tenants will be satisfied with their rental arrangement and keep paying their rent.

I love Parks Properties, they strive to keep both tenants and owners happy. I feel their attention to detail is outstanding. They take care of our rental property as if it were their own home. I do not worry about anything. With Property Meld, I am alerted to any maintenance ahead of time and can prepare for it. They have detailed monthly statements which help greatly with for knowing what has been taken care of and for tax purposes. Thanks Scott and Gabe for the outstanding service.
